Recruitment Methodology

We have developed a system of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure we provide Companies with highly qualified, suitably experienced personnel and Candidates with up to date recruitment information. We offer several methods of recruitment and will work together with you to provide the best solution for your recruitment requirements.

CV Submission

After review of your vacancies and job descriptions we will source, pre-interview and shortlist Candidates. As a valued client, you will be provided with a Client Login and Password which will link you directly a bank of CVs which our specialists have selected to meet with your needs. This section of the website is entirely confidential and can only be viewed by you and your Millennium Solutions specialist. This enables you to have instant access your candidates and also reduces unnecessary email traffic. After submission we can assist in interview set up and take part if required.

Offer & Acceptance

If required, we can create and forward Offer Letters, negotiate packages and confirm acceptance and start dates. We can then also conduct Psychometric Testing and forward documents to your HR Department.

HR Recording

We can create Staff Record databases for you or which can be held by, maintained and reported on a monthly basis by Millennium Solutions.

Retainer Agreement

A fixed rate recruitment fee can be negotiated for multiple roles over a fixed period of time, which can reduce the standard contingency fee dramatically.
